Request to Use FG Facilities
Thanks for your interest in our facility! We do make our facility available for members and their children to use for weddings and funerals. (If you’re interested in having your wedding at Fellowship Greenville, please complete our wedding request form. For funerals, please call the church office at ). In addition, we sometimes host community events such as support groups and organizational meetings, if approved. If you’d like to request to use the facility for any of these reasons, please complete the form below.
By submitting this form, I affirm the following:
- I understand that the church does not allow its facilities to be used in a way that contradicts its faith or by persons or groups holding beliefs that contradict the church’s faith and teachings
- I understand that the church does not accommodate sales meetings (network marketing or home businesses), political gatherings, personal birthday or anniversary parties, graduation parties, recitals, home school groups, or other group use other than weddings, funerals or memorial services.
- To the best of my knowledge the purpose for which I am requesting use of church facilities will not contradict the church’s faith or teachings, and I commit to promptly disclose conflicts of which I am aware or become aware of to church staff.
- I am not aware of any beliefs that are professed by me or the organization I represent and which are requesting use of the church’s facilities that contradict the beliefs of the church. I agree to promptly disclose any potential conflicts in belief to church staff.
- I understand that upon approval of my facilities-use request, I will need to provide a security deposit in the amount of $300.00. In addition, in certain cases, a certificate of liability insurance rider for at least $1,000,000 of coverage, and a signed “Indemnity and Hold Harmless Agreement” may also be needed.
- I understand that the church does not allow its facilities to be generally available to the public, and that my use of these facilities is subject to the Executive Pastor’s approval, which is conditioned in part on my agreement to the requirements in the “Church Facility Use Policy,” a copy of which I have read and understood.
- I understand that I will be responsible for any damages to the church facilities resulting from this proposed use of facilities.
- In the event that Fellowship Greenville must cancel the scheduled event, the individual/organization will be entitled to any deposits that have been paid. However, in no event will Fellowship Greenville be liable to the individual for any lost profits or incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of the individual/organization's inability to use the facility, even if Fellowship Greenville has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- The church believes disputes are to be worked out between parties without recourse to the courts. See, generally Matthew 18 and 1 Corinthians 6. Accordingly, users of the facility agree to attempt resolution of any disputes through Christian mediation.
FG reserves the right to modify or change these guidelines at any time.
