WE ARE STEWARDS

Fellowship Greenville belongs to Jesus, and for this season, He has entrusted us with people, mission, resources, influence, and opportunities. We honor those who faithfully served before us, take responsibility for what God has placed in our hands today, and prepare the way for those who will come after us. We are not here simply to hold onto what we have been given, but to faithfully cultivate, care for, and grow it for the sake of God’s Kingdom. We are stewards, grateful for what has been given, faithful with what is in our hands, and always remembering that it all belongs to Him.

WE ARE MULTIPLIERS

We follow the method of Jesus, abiding in Him and investing deeply in others so that His life and mission can continue through us. We believe lasting ministry is not about doing more ourselves but about giving ministry away, developing people, and creating space for others to grow into their God-given gifts and calling. As we remain connected to Jesus, we seek to reproduce His character and equip others to carry the mission forward, creating a culture where disciples make disciples and leaders develop leaders. We are multipliers, investing in what God has entrusted to us so that His life and mission can go farther than any one of us could take them.

WE ARE INNOVATORS

We stay anchored to the mission God has given us while remaining open to new ways of pursuing it. We recognize that what worked before may not be what works best today, so we are willing to question assumptions, challenge familiar methods, and imagine what could be. We embrace creative thinking, thoughtful problem solving, and action, knowing that innovation requires both the courage to try and the humility to learn when something doesn’t work. We do not change for the sake of change but faithfully pursue better ways to reach people and advance the mission God has entrusted to us. We are innovators, honoring what has been while courageously exploring what could be.

WE ARE COLLABORATORS

Like the many parts of the body of Christ, each of us has a unique role and gifting, but no one person carries the whole mission. We honor one another’s differences, faithfully do our part, and work primarily in teams. We believe God has intentionally given His people different perspectives, gifts, and experiences so that we can bring them together for the sake of the mission. As we make room for one another and work together in humility and alignment under Jesus, each part strengthens the others, and what we accomplish together can go farther than any one of us could accomplish alone. We are collaborators, bringing our unique gifts to the table, making room for one another, and moving forward together.

WE LEAD WITH HUMILITY, ENCOURAGEMENT, & CLARITY

We follow the way of Jesus by choosing service over self, mission over preference, and others over ego. Because we are secure in who we are in Christ, we are free to listen, learn, serve, celebrate others, receive feedback, and put the team’s needs ahead of our own. We believe people flourish when high expectations are matched by generous, truthful encouragement, and when expectations, decisions, and direction are communicated with clarity and kindness. We call out God’s work in one another, strengthen each other when the load is heavy, recognize faithfulness, and believe clarity is an expression of kindness—helping us walk together in truth and remain united around the mission God has given us. We steward, multiply, innovate, and collaborate with humility; strengthen one another with encouragement; and move forward together with clarity.
