FG Lead
FG Lead is a training aimed at developing ministry leaders in their gifting and calling for greater influence in the local church. It is through the local church that Jesus intended for his disciples to carry out The Great Commission. In fact, it was one of Jesus’ disciples, Peter, who’s name means ‘Rock’, that he built His church on. What’s more, Jesus left the disciples with a promise - that he’d be with them until ‘the very end of the age’, and we see throughout the New Testament that through the Holy Spirit His people are equipped with specific gifts to help them fulfill this Great Commission.
FG Lead is focused on the discovery and mobilization of these gifts within each person, in order to advance the Kingdom through the local church. As disciples of Jesus ourselves, we are compelled to utilize these gifts in a way that points more people to the hope found in the Gospels. In these 10 months, you will have the opportunity to discover how the competencies of Jesus learned in FG Disciple interact with the character, context and mobilization of your leadership through practical teaching and experiences.

Those who have completed FG Disciple and have a desire to serve the local church.
We offer 10-month sessions (Disciple & Lead) throughout the year. FG Lead meets twice a month on Sunday evenings. Each gathering is an inductive learning environment consisting of Transformational Input, Personal Integration, and Ministry Integration. Ideally, each participant is practicing learned principles through their desired place of service in the church.
10 months - August-May (break for Christmas). Averaging two sessions a month on a Sunday evening.

FG Lead builds on the foundational character and competencies of Jesus learned in FG Disciple. Lead is designed for those called to or currently in a leadership role within the local church. So, if you are a Community Group leader, a High School small group leader, a kids volunteer, or someone interested in growing as a leader, you are welcome to participate in Lead. However, you can only participate in Lead after you go through Disciple. Disciple is a prerequisite for Lead.
