Discipleship Coordinator

Main Objective: Provide assistance, support and coordination of ministries to the various Discipleship departments that are composed of Men’s, Women’s, Co-ed, and Community Groups.
Job Description:
- Provide support to the Discipleship Team leaders with meeting prep, printing, organizational and execution assistance
- Provide assistance in planning, scheduling, coordinating, and executing Discipleship Team events
- Participate in the execution of the FG Group connection process and strategy
- Collaborate with the Discipleship Team to train and equip Discipleship Ministry leaders
- Aide in the review and creation of Discipleship Ministry content
- Regularly encourage and support leaders as assigned by the supervisor
- Represent the Discipleship department operationally with other ministry departments
- Assist in the coordination of various UCC activities as needed
- Other functions or duties as assigned by the supervisor
Critical Skills: Self-starter with the ability to assess and prioritize tasks making clear, timely decisions; to discern, maintain, and manage sensitive and confidential information; and to communicate effectively in large group settings; has excellent time management, organization, and communication skills; is proficient in an office system, i.e. Google or MS Office, and has an aptitude to learn programs as needed

Job Status: Full-time, 40 hours/week, with occasional evening and weekend hours
