Worship Leader God calls us to worship him, so at Fellowship Greenville, we gather collectively to honor him. The person in this position must be proficient in leading worship in a variety of settings through musical excellence & diversity and have strong people and leadership skills as well as an administrative bent. Main Objective: To help shepherd the people of Fellowship Greenville into a life of worship through musical leadership while spearheading the behind-the-scenes administrative duties. Job Description:Interface with tech ministry regarding lights, slides, and staging Be involved in the planning and leading of main worship services (examples include determining the flow of service, music, stage setup, etc.) Occasionally lead worship for various ministry events throughout the week (ReGen, ReEngage, Women’s Bible Studies, etc.) Assist the Lead Worship Pastor in forward-thinking, vision, strategy, and future growth ideas Be the team expert on administrative duties (examples include Planning Center details, YouTube playlist, app updates, slides, volunteer communications, the church management system, and other office-related admin tasks) Acquire and maintain all licensing for the use of music copyright administration Coordinate Worship events, Communion, and Baptism Be a liaison to other ministries to see how worship ministry could serve them Schedule and arrange for worship for ministry events Assist in resource creation for FG and the larger Church Other functions or duties as assigned by supervisor.
