Communications Video Production Specialist The applicant must be someone who loves Jesus and has a desire to put him on display. This person should be naturally creative and passionate about visual storytelling and strategy. Quality is paramount; you can move others toward tears and/or action. The applicant must be a self-starter who equally thrives in collaborative and independent projects and is passionate about using their skills to help others hear the Gospel and respond to Jesus. Main Objective: Work on a team of creative content developers, collaborating with ministry areas and leaders to execute creative and effective communication elements related to Fellowship Greenville's overall mission and vision. Job Description:Identify ways visual media can add value to communications and church online presence.Capture and produce effective quarterly stories to generate more inspirational content and raise awareness of some of our ministry offerings.Deliver high-quality content—using videography and photography—for worship services, church ministries, and social media.Manage the production of the Jesus on Display podcast quarterly episodes (video).Equip a team of volunteers to assist in capturing great church photos for quality assurance and digital presence.Maintain video uploads to online platforms including but not limited to YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.Manage video production equipment and keep up to date with best practices.Maintain a digital media file archive system.Assist the team leader by developing story-driven content for services.Responsible for any function and/or task as assigned by your supervisor. Critical Skills: Basic lighting, camera, shooting principles, and techniques. Edit videos using Adobe Creative Suite. Basic typography and layout principles and techniques. Ability to track and manage multiple projects and deadlines. Ability to work on a team. Have an eye for production that evicts emotion, desire, and impact for the target audience. Physical demands: Lifting and transporting heavy equipment, standing for long periods of time. Other Performance Expectations:Be an active and growing member of FG.
