FG Kids Preschool Coordinator
The ideal candidate demonstrates initiative and possesses strong leadership and communication skills, thrives in a team environment, and has a heart for equipping and discipling others in leading the next generation.
Main Objective: Primary job is to work as a part of the FG Kids team to coordinate and execute ministry details, events, and projects in an effective way for all nursery and preschool programming.
Job Description:
Volunteer Leadership
- Recruit and onboard new volunteers and ensure background checks and placement is coordinated
- Equip, encourage and empower all volunteers on a continual basis
- Manage and communicate the volunteer schedule
- Build a volunteer leader base that is empowered to oversee volunteers on Sunday
Content
- Edit small group and large group curriculum for preschool
- Ensure materials are ordered and rooms are prepared for Sunday
- Communicate with parents regarding curriculum and available resources
Environment
- Coordinate the execution of preschool large group Bible and worship
- Ensure clean, organized, and attractive spaces are ready each week
Administrative
- Coordinate and assist in the execution of ministry events/projects
- Evaluate ministry events/projects for purposefulness and intentionality
- Maintain and update room rosters in our database
- Contribute to the development of the yearly area budget
Additional
- Create opportunities to partner and equip nursery and preschool parents
- Responsible for any function or task as assigned by your supervisor
Critical Skills: Demonstrate strong leadership, self motivation, organization, communication, project management, and passionate about growth and development of preschool children

Job Status: Full-time, 40+ hours/week, Sun-Thurs, some nights and weekends
