FG Kids Elementary Coordinator
Fellowship Greenville is seeking a passionate and organized individual to join our Next Gen team as the FG Kids Elementary Coordinator. If you have a heart for elementary-aged children and possess strong leadership and project management skills, we encourage you to apply! As the FG Kids Elementary Coordinator, you will play a vital role in recruiting and onboarding volunteers as well as coordinating and executing ministry details, events, and projects for all Elementary programming.
Main Objective: Primary job is to work as a part of the FG Kids team to coordinate and execute ministry details, events, and projects in an effective way for all elementary programming.
Job Description:
Volunteer Leadership
- Recruit and onboard new volunteers and ensure background checks and placement are coordinated
- Equip, encourage, and empower all volunteers on a continual basis
- Develop leaders for replication of ministry within the elementary area
- Manage and communicate the volunteer schedule
- Build a volunteer leader base that is empowered to oversee volunteers on Sunday
Content
- Edit small group and large group curriculum for elementary students for all FG locations
- Ensure materials are ordered and organized for all FG locations
- Coordinate with volunteer teams to ensure rooms are prepared for Sunday
- Communicate with parents regarding curriculum and available resources
Environment
- Coordinate the execution of elementary large group Bible and worship
- Ensure clean, organized, and attractive spaces are ready each week
Administrative
- Coordinate and assist in the execution of ministry events/projects
- Evaluate ministry events/projects for purposefulness and intentionality
- Maintain and update room rosters in our database.
- Contribute to the development of the yearly area budget
Additional
- Create opportunities to partner with and equip elementary parents
- Responsible for any function or task as assigned by your supervisor
Critical Skills: demonstrate strong leadership, self-motivation, organization, communication, project management, and passionate about the growth and development of elementary-aged children

Job Status: Full Time (40+ hrs), Sun-Thurs, some nights and weekends
