This week Hannah Thom talked to us about finding peace in the pit. In Daniel 6, Daniel found himself in a literal pit of lions. Where the average person would have been scared out of their mind, Daniel found peace because of his relationship with God. Hannah encouraged us to take a page out of Daniel’s book by building into our relationship with God now, so that when the times in the pit take place we might find peace in the God we already know to be faithful.
