Families Count
Miracle Hill has asked Fellowship Greenville to partner with them in offering Families Count (faith-based) parenting classes. These are classes that have been approved by DSS and the court system for parents who have lost custody of their children. Often, taking parenting classes is a requirement of the court for parents to regain custody of their children.
We have 3 important ways volunteers can help make these classes happen:
- By mentoring one of the parents enrolled in the class
- By making and delivering a meal for 25 people to one of the classes
- By transporting enrolled parents who need transportation--If you could mentor and transport, that would be ideal.
The dates of the class are as follows: April 9, April 16, April 23, April 30, May 7, May 14, May 21.
*There is a slight possibility that some of these dates may change.
* If you would like to sign up to fill multiple needs, please check each area.
