Expectations for a Mentee:

To Connect:

• With God as you pursue a relationship with him and become more aware of his pursuit of you.
• With your mentor as she intentionally invests in you.
• With your mentor as she fosters trust and you risk transparency.

To Invest:

• In your own walk with the Lord as you read and study the materials you will discuss with your mentor.
• In yourself through transparency, confidentiality, availability, modeling, and confrontation.
• In the Women’s Ministry at Fellowship Greenville by positively promoting the experience of being mentored.

Logistics of Connecting:

• Be in contact with your mentor on a weekly basis.
• Meet face to face with your mentor on a monthly basis.

Logistics of Investing:

• Commit to sticking with this program for 6-12 months.
• Stick with the schedule laid out for your monthly meetings provided for you.
• Be diligent with reading, memorizing, homework, and other expectations.
• Use the materials provided as you are mentored on a monthly basis.
