SERMON SUMMARY

As the Church, the people of God, we are called to live in the reality of the present, knowing of our certain future and what is certain about our future inevitably shapes today, tomorrow, and each day until Christ returns for us. In what ways should knowing how the story ends shape the way we live in the story?

WORSHIP

WITNESS

I must keep alive in myself the desire for my true country, which I shall not find till after death; I must never let it get snowed under or turned aside; I must make it the main object of life to press on to that other corny and to help others to do the same.” -C.S. Lewis

  3. When it comes to knowing how the story ends and shapes our current story…we talked about Trust, Worship, and Witness. Which of these three has the Lord been growing you in the most recently, and in what way?
  4. Which of these 3 are you specifically asking the Lord to grow you in during this season of life? Take time before the end of community group to pray with one another in regards to the specific one you share.
  5. When you read about heaven in Revelation 21 and 22, what is most exciting to you, and why?
